Detox

I am very surprised I haven't gotten the "Detox request to action" yet in my
Email "in box."
Usually somebody sends a request to join them in their misery.
Usually a juice fast or Isogenix or some such.
Are we finally over that?

I had a good long look at my naked body yesterday.
And would greatly appreciate skimming off an inch of this "winter coat"
I acquired over the past four months.
Well if it took four months to put on,
Shouldn't I give myself at least four months to take it off?

Started with three cups of coffee today, not good.
Having a mug of hot lemon water right now, good!
