It's been a lot of work.
But we are in for one more week and to top it off...
Ethan has been invited to Provincials in Sault Ste Marie.
We are staying at Searchmont which is a 45 minute drive from
Any major city centre;
So I have to be really organized.
I've already placed an order with my mom for
A big tray of Pasta al Forno.
And have placed a "pick up" order with Supperworks.
Now for packed lunches.
Your typical Sandwich

Here are the three lunches I plan to make...
Mozarella, Tomato, Basil and Bacon Sandwich
Arugula salad with Brasola and Parmesan and
Italian Bread Salad.
I will clean, shave and cut everything before I leave
So I can assemble on site.
I will cook up the bacon before I go too.
Olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dijon mustard are my condiments.
