I figured out why I am so tired this morning.
It's 11am and although I keep drinking coffee,
I haven't had any breakfast.
Quick smoothie,
Doctors Green's First 1 scoop
(from Beaches Naturopathic Clinic at Queen & Neville Park)
Rice Milk 1/2 cup
Almond Milk 1/2 cup
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup spinach
Blend, enjoy!
Still tired. More coffee!!!!!!
